Beschreibung
1-Trimethylsilylmethanol is used as nucleophile to resolve the racemate obtained from enantioselective esterification of naproxen (2-(6-methoxy-2-naphthyl) propionic acid) by lipases. It was also used as a nucleophilic hydroxymethylation agent.

Anwendungen1-Trimethylsilylmethanol wird als Nukleophil verwendet, um das aus der enantioselektiven Veresterung von Naproxen (2-(6-methoxy-2-naphthyl)-Propionsäure) durch Lipasen gewonnene Racemat zu lösen. Es wurde auch als nukleophiles Hydroxymethylierungsmittel verwendet.
Löslichkeit
Vollständig mit Wasser mischbar.
Hinweise
Bei 4 °C lagern. Nicht kompatibel mit Oxidationsmitteln. Kühl lagern. Behälter an einem trockenen und gut belüfteten Ort dicht verschlossen halten.
