Beschreibung
Dulcitol is important in studies related to cataract formation, hepatosplenμly and mental retardation. It is used as a substrate to identify, differentiate and characterize galactitol dehydrogenase(s). It is also used as a reference compound in analytical procedures developed to analyze sugar alcohols in plants and food.

AnwendungenDulcitol ist wichtig in Studien zur Kataraktbildung, Hepatosplenµ und mentalen Retardierung. Wird als Substrat zur Identifizierung, Differenzierung und Charakterisierung von Galacctitol-Dehydrogenase(n) verwendet. Wird auch als Referenzverbindung in Analyseverfahren verwendet, die zur Analyse von Zuckeralkoholen in Pflanzen und Lebensmitteln entwickelt wurden.
Löslichkeit
Wasserlöslich (30 g/l bei 14 °C).
Hinweise
Halten Sie den Behälter dicht verschlossen. Kühl und trocken in einem gut versiegelten Behälter lagern. Nicht kompatibel mit Oxidationsmitteln. Unter trockenem Inertgas lagern. Es ist von Natur aus hygroskopisch.
