Wirtschaftliche Alternative zu Thermoset- und Phenolharz-PTFE-Dichtungseinlagen. Fisherbrand™ weiße PE-Schaumstoffkappe aus Polypropylen/PTFE mit PTFE-Oberfläche, Rückseite mit F217-Einlagen.

Verschlusskappen aus Polypropylen (PP) mit F217- und PTFE-Einlagen sind eine wirtschaftliche Alternative zu Kappen aus mit Phenol-PTFE ausgekleideten Thermoset-Verschlusskappen. Sie haben eine PTFE-Oberfläche, die von F217-Linern gestützt wird. Die F217-Einlagen bestehen aus 3 Schichten: ein Schaumkern mit niedriger Dichte, der zwischen zwei Schichten aus Polyethylen (LDPE) eingelegt ist Die PTFE/F217-Einlagen sind sehr widerstandsfähig und haben eine hohe Beständigkeit gegen Chemikalien und Feuchtigkeit. Sie tragen dazu bei, dass der Inhalt von Flaschen oder Gläsern frei von Geruchs- und Geschmacksbeeinträchtigungen bleibt
