Description

The bicarbonate buffering system is important in many different cellular processes. It is also used in the formation of acid in the lumen on the stomach. Used to neutralize the pH of the chyme leaving the stomach and entering the small intestine. It is also used to maintain pH in serum samples.

This Thermo Scientific Chemicals brand product was originally part of the Alfa Aesar product portfolio. Some documentation and label information may refer to the legacy brand. Anwendungen
Das Bicarbonat-Puffersystem ist in vielen verschiedenen zellulären Prozessen wichtig. Es wird auch bei der Bildung von Säure im Lumen des Magens verwendet. Dient zur Neutralisierung des pH-Werts des Chymus, der den Magen verlässt und in den Dünndarm gelangt. Es wird auch zur Aufrechterhaltung des pH-Werts in Serumproben verwendet.

Es ist in Wasser löslich.

Kühl lagern. Behälter an einem trockenen und gut belüfteten Ort dicht verschlossen halten. Von starken Oxidationsmitteln und starken Säuren fernhalten.
