Beschreibung

Sodium citrate is commonly used in nucleic acid hybridization techniques at concentrations ranging from 0.1X to 20X depending on the application.  It is used to facilitate transfer of nucleic acids to membranes in southern and northern blotting, dot blotting, and colony and plaque lifts.

Anwendungen
Natriumcitrat wird häufig in Nukleinsäure-Hybridisierungstechniken bei Konzentrationen von 0.1 X bis 20 X verwendet, je nach Anwendung.  Es wird verwendet, um den Transfer von Nukleinsäuren zu Membranen beim Southern und Northern Blotting, Dot Blotting und Kolonie- und Plaque-Lifts zu erleichtern.

Hinweise
Die 20X SSC-Lösung (RNase-frei) sollte bei Raumtemperatur gelagert werden. Dieses Reagenz ist im ungeöffneten Behälter mindestens 1 Jahr lang stabil.
