pLSG-IBA Baculovirus (Insektenzellen) Expressionsvektoren

Der pLSG-IBAwt1-Vektor trägt den Polyhedrin-Promotor für die hohe Expression in Insektenzellen.

  • Die Co-Transfektion mit BacPAK6 linearisierter AcMNPV-DNA (Clontech) oder zirkulärer mit flashBAC modifizierter AcMNPV-DNA (Oxford Expression Technologies) ermöglicht die Erzeugung von rekombinantem Baculovirus mit sehr hoher Effizienz durch die Rekonstitution eines essentiellen Gens (ORF 1629) sowie die weitgehende Eliminierung von Wildtypviren.
  • Klonierung und Expression von rekombinanten Proteinen in Insektenzellen
  • Polyhedrin-Promotor für hochwertige Expression des Injektors
  • Ampicillin-Resistenz und ColE1-Replikationsursprung (pUC) unterstützen die Vermehrung in E. coli

Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Klonieren in pLSG-IBA Akzeptorvektoren zwingend das Restriktionsenzym Esp3I erfordert, da kein anderes MCS zur Integration eines Gens von Interesse verfügbar ist. Neben der direkten Klonierung des Gens von Interesse in pLSG-IBA Vektoren mit Esp3I ist auch die Option über einen sogenannten Entry-Vektor möglich.
